Little Rock Villa 40-unit Senior Housing Proposal submitted to the City of Charlotte on January 25,2018. The City liked the proposal and asked us to increase the units and add a mixture of income.

Ms. Dionne Nelson and Laurel Street Developers became our partners September 6, 2018, Proposal submitted with a developer and additional units. Project approved with the following partners –City of Charlotte, Laurel Street, LISC, Little Rock AME Zion, Little Rock CDC
